An annual fundraiser for the Talkeetna Historical Society, the Moose Dropping Festival is a family event that includes arts & crafts booths, food vendors, live music at the Village Park Pavilion, an art auction, a 5K Fun Run/Walk, parade, contests, children's activities and more. The Moose Dropping Festival is usually held the second week of July.
