The Pepper Place complex is the product of renovating the former Dr. Pepper Syrup Plant and the Dr. Pepper Bottling Company with its seven building totaling to more than 227,000 square feet. Now several businesses, retail stores, the Terrific New Theatre, a Farmer's Market, and architects call this area home.
