The Brahan Spring Recreation Center has been in continuous operation since December 10, 1980. The center is centrally located in Brahan Spring Park across from the Huntsville Tennis Center and next door to the Huntsville Senior Center. It offers a variety of classes and activities, including arts and crafts, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, exercise, gymnastics and martial arts, computer classes, youth tutorial classes, dance, and chess classes.
