The Queen Anne Mansion House Museum opened May 1, 2010, following a 4-year multimillion dollar restoration. Tours available daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and feature Queen Anne style architecture, impeccably restored woodwork and stained glass original to 1891, and one of the most impressive private collections of 19th century American decorative arts on public display including works by John Henry Belter, J. & J. Meeks, Handel, and many more. Tours also feature stories of the original family, the Wrights, and their famous houseguests Buffalo Bill and Harold Bell Wright, as well as stories of the mansion's move from Carthage, MO, to Eureka Springs, AR, in the 1980s. A state of the art gallery is located onsite and rotating cultural exhibits are offered throughout the year. Self guided and director led tours available.
