Not just a military museum, The Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum features displays and programs on the impact of maritime trade, the inland waterways system, the Arkansas River, and Arkansas aquaculture. Its main exhibit includes the USS Razorback, a 311 foot stationary submarine, which earned five WWII battle stars and four stars for service during Vietnam before being decommissioned in 1970. It is also the home of the USS Hoga, which won a special citation for its rescue work during the attack on Pearl Harbor, and The Beacon of Peace and Hope.
