BE WARNED!! this company is a rip off! My $1100.00 heat pump repair could have been as little as $500.00, if I would have checked out the THREE other companies I did before their repair. As a singel mother of 6, that really hurt my budget! What was more irritating was their "I could care less" attitude. They pay their technitians by commission, so they charge what they want. Their motto? "for people, not profits" Ha!! RUN - don't walk to the NEXT nearest available service company.
