The Stockyards Restaurant opened in 1947, they are 'Arizona’s Original Steakhouse' and have the '1889 Saloon' because that is when the original cattle brand was registered in Maricopa County. They have been known for over 60 years for serving aged and hand cut steaks, prime rib, wild game and fresh seafood. They also feature an extensive collection of historical photographs and western art that celebrates the Cattle industry in Arizona.
