Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab features hand-crafted, super-premium ice cream presented in glass dishware in the only nostalgic ice cream parlor on the Central Coast. Visit and see their model trains running around the parlor and over bridges, even through mountains and into the party room. You can also watch through the Lab viewing window as the Doc and his Lab Assistants make their super-cream.
