Open for dinner Monday through Saturday, by reservation only, the downstairs restaurant offers a fixed dinner menu that consists of three to four courses. Changed nightly, menu items are designed to be appropriate to the season and feature the finest sustainably-sourced, organic, and seasonal ingredients including meat, fish and poultry. The Café at Chez Panisse, located upstairs, serves a moderately priced à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.
