This beautiful restaurant specializes in traditional Brazilian style churrascaria, where beef, pork, chicken and lamb are slow roasted over the open flames of a large open pit barbecue. There is no menu at Picanha; it is all-you-can-eat. Other than the churrascaria, choices include a salad bar featuring over two dozen selections and a hot food buffet with soups, mashed potatoes, and rice.
