Using the old-world tradition of processing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Schramsberg's eight premier bottle-fermented sparkling wines include Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and J. Schram, a Chardonnay based Prestige sparkling wine. Winery tours and tastings are offered seven days a week by appointment only. Be sure to visit the Victorian style Schram House, built in 1889 by Schramsberg founder, Jacob Schram and the Schramsberg gardens.
