At East West MMA, theirJiu Jitsu classes offer a complete training system that concentrates on your ability to use leverage and superior body positioning to control your opponent on the ground regardless of size and/or strength. With the knowledge that most confrontations end in a clinch on the ground, BJJ is the most effective self-defense system in the world. The program will teach you the techniques used to defend against the common street attacks such as ordinary chokes, grabs, punches, kicks, bear hugs and head locks. Everybody on staff at East West MMA has been professionally trained. They are all professional martial artists that are passionate about helping you to achieve your goals and there is absolutely no experience necessary. The instructors will teach and develop a style that works best for you.
