The owner-chef of this restaurant visits the local fish market on a daily basis and has fish flown in from Tokyo-Tsukiji Market to provide the highest quality fish. They also serve Kubota 1000 and other genuine sake that is privately imported from Japan and feature a 22-seat sushi bar. They are open daily for lunch and dinner.
