If you love the outdoors, this is the place for you. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Fast internet, TV, microwave and even BBQS. The staff is friendly and they have a playground for the kids.

Skylark Shores is fantastic!! I have never had a bad experience and have been going there for 4 years now. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the grounds are kept up very neatly. If you want a really relaxing stay, this is the place to go. Great fishing, wonderful view, nice pool, picnic benches, barbecues, etc. Just a wonderful place to stay. Last year I was fishing off the dock and hooked a giant bass, and my line got tangled around the dock somehow. The owner himself helped me untangle it in order to get my fish in. Another day, I was out on the lake and my jet boat quit because I carelessly went through some heavy seaweed with it. Once again, the owner arranged for me to be towed ashore, and brought back to the motel. How many places would do that!!! It's restful, yet exciting. What else can I say. See you next year my friend.
