This recreation area offers scenic landscape and activities, including large areas of native coastal sage scrub habitat, lawns and landscaped areas, picnic sites, tot lots, fishing lake, lotus pond, community center, and five miles of trails. Active recreation facilities include four playgrounds, one half basketball court, fishing lake, two lighted baseball diamonds, multi-purpose field, and a sand volleyball court.
