Forge features wood-fired cooking specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza and American classics. All while using local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. Nearly 80-percent of the Forge's menu items are prepared using the imported, Italian Valoriani oven. They also serve 20-plus local artisanal beers including 12-beers on tap. Hand crafted artisanal cocktails and a select wine list featuring Californian and European varietals are available. Bar will include house-made tonic, ginger beer, and root beer on tap.
