This is a follow up to our phone conversation today 05/27/11 at approx.3:30 P.M.
Driving on the 10 FWY west bound approx. at the 710 FWY behind your bus #2044 our windshield was struck by an object from your bus.
It created a star brake and casued concern...As we drove behind your bus (Lic. #CP77322) we heard a bang and the windshild showed DAMAGE. We appreciate your concern and look forward to a rapid resolution. It is our concern that it will get worse and may cause injury or more.
