Once a thriving community during the gold rush years, this park holds many attractions. The county's first courthouse has been turned into a museum featuring memorabilia of the gold mining days, the courtroom, jail, and gallows. You'll also find the largest collection of California landscape art and Pit River Indian basketry at this park's museum.
