Hot Hatha Yoga is a system of yoga synthesized from traditional Hatha yoga techniques. Classes consist of a set series of postures and breathing exercises. The Yoga is ideally practiced in a heated room with a humidity of 40%. The heated studio helps deeper stretching and injury prevention, while reducing stress and tension. This demanding series of postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayamas), is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. These 75 and 60-minute programs promote total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body.
