Their facility offers secure storage with a climate controlled environment keeping a temperature between 55 and 57-degrees Fahrenheit and a humidity between 65 and 70-percent, creating the perfect conditions to age your wine. Services they offer include the pick-up of your wine from any San Diego location, as well as the delivery of your wine to you at your specified location (including the restaurant where you will be dining that evening).
