"One of the most majestic of Santa Clara County’s regional park and recreation areas," the 3,688-acre Mt. Madonna County Park overlooks the Santa Clara Valley and Monterey Bay. Its landscape includes redwood forest, oak woodland, dense chaparral, and grassy meadows. Four campgrounds, an extensive 14-mile trail system, archery range, a one-mile self-guided nature trail, visitor center, and an amphitheater can also be found at Mt. Madonna County Park.
