A short trail leads to a wide beach, known locally as "Mom's Beach," that is perfect for swimming and enjoying the scenery at this place. Fishing is excellent but challenging and it is a great place to spend an enjoyable day. No lifeguards on duty and it is open from sunrise to sunset.
