Charming Victorian B&B features ten rooms, furnished with antiques, original art, fresh flowers, and all with private baths. Some rooms have wood-burning fireplaces. Extended stays are an option if available. A tea tray is offered all day for your enjoyment and a complete organic breakfast is served in the dining room or on the sun porch, weather permitting.
Briar Roes Bed & Breakfast encourages and promotes ecological consciousness in every aspect of providing hospitality by composting all biodegradable waste materials, recycling all recyclable materials, providing bath products in 8 & 12oz bottles that are refilled (instead of providing travel-size bottles that add so much to the landfills), providing organic cotton sheets, and the list goes on. Located just across the street from Naropa University and very close to the University of Colorado. Located just a short 10-minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. Approximately 45 minutes from Denver International Airport.
