MoJeaux's is now open in Campus West serving authentic hardwood, slow smoked bar-b-que and Cajun food. Located inside Sullivan’s Tavern, Pitmasters Joey Wilkinson and Dixon Walne are excited to share the traditional Southern recipes they grew up on with a gourmet twist. Try the Southern style pork ribs or bourbon brown sugar brisket with sweet potato fries for a true bar-b-que experience or step into New Orleans with the blackened catfish po-boy, fried okra, and a cup of gumbo. The menu is loaded with great food at reasonable prices offering a fresh alternative to Fort Collins.

MoJeaux's became so popular that it took over the old Sullivan's - it's all MoJeaux's and it's fabulous. We're from Texas and friend told us to try their BBQ and cajun cooking - great!! We'll definitely be going back everytime we visit and get them to do some catering for our parties
