Located in the east wing of the historic Glenwood Springs Railroad Station, built by the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad in 1904; the Glenwood Railroad Museum's highlights include a large scale model railroad featuring Rio Grande steam and diesel-powered trains, gallery of historic, regional railroad pictures, collection of memorabilia and artifacts from the seven railroads that have served the Roaring Fork Valley, 7.5" gauge live steam locomotive, Rio Grande rail motorcar, railroad semaphore signals removed from Glenwood Canyon, o-gauge toy trains and telegraphs.
