Situated in the Salmon River watershed area, Priam Vineyards currently produces 14 hand crafted wines. With rich soil that mimics that of Graves, France, Priam Vineyards grows such classic European varietals as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Merlot and French-American hybrids like Cayuga and St. Croix. Wine tastings and self-guided tours are available March through December, Friday through Sunday and select holidays, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
