Rebeccas is open for lunch Tuesday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and until 10:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Available menu selections include asparagus soup with lobster, Kumamoto oysters on the half shell, jumbo lump crabmeat ravioli with a spicy tomato coulis, caviar, Maine sea scallops, grilled fillet of Dover sole, grilled prime filet mignon, fillet of wild Alaskan salmon, roasted breast of wild pheasant, and roasted rack of Colorado lamb.
