A two-in-one restaurant in historic Manchester, Cavey's prepares northern Italian and modern French cuisine. With sauces made with vegetable purees, stocks and reductions, the French restaurant offers classic dishes and selections featuring Middle Eastern and Asian influences. Local produce, fruits, vegetables and fresh and organic fish and meats, whenever possible, are used to prepare the classic Italian selections on the seasonal menu of the Italian restaurant. An award-winning wine selection is also offered.
