The 12th oldest family-owned business in the United States, the 1,100-acre Lyman Orchards' homegrown apples, Eco-Apples, are available at Lyman's Pick-Your-Own and the Apple Barrel market (32 Reeds Gap Road), Connecticut's largest indoor year-round farm market. Other pick-your-own items include strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, jostaberries, peaches, pears, Asian pears, apples, and pumpkins. Two championship 18-hole courses, a sunflower maze, fall corn maze, fall horse-drawn wagon rides and pony rides, the historic period-furnished Lyman Homestead and more can also be enjoyed at Lyman Orchards.
