On the National Historic Register and Connecticut Freedom Trail, this building dates back to 1790 when it was originally part of an inn known as the Humphrey Pratt Tavern, where the Marquis de Lafayette stayed, and also made a purchase in 1824. It features an art gallery and gift shop and the original 1896 soda fountain where you can enjoy some old fashioned sodas & ice cream favorites. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
