Accredited by the American Association of Museums, Earthplace includes a 62-acre wildlife sanctuary with trails, hands-on museum exhibits in Natureplace and the Ecology Resource Lab and live wildlife for public viewing in the Animal House. Earthplace also offers many public nature programs and events, a state-licensed preschool and summer camp, wildlife rehabilitation program, and the Harbor Watch/River Watch water quality testing program.
