One of the oldest surviving homes in Washington, D.C., this historic house was built for naval hero Commodore Stephen Decatur and is one of only three remaining residential buildings in the country designed by Benjamin Henry Latrobe. Guided tours are available and their are changing exhibits on display in the onsite gallery.
