Named in honor of author Zora Neale Hurston, Eatonville pays tribute to Hurstons' life and works through the menu, murals and decor. The menu consists of fine Southern and soul food cuisine such as fried green tomatoes, fish & grits, and shrimp & crawfish etoufee. The large, bright murals on the wall reflect Hurston's significant presence in the Harlem Renaissance and her bright life.
