The Biggs Museum of American Art is one of Delaware’s premier museums of antiques and fine arts. Highlights of the collection include beautiful landscape paintings, portraits, and marine scenes by famous artists such as Gilbert Stuart, Thomas Cole, and the Peale family. Admission is free for a self guided tour but donations are accepted. Hours are Wednesday - Saturday 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. and Sunday 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
