This 1792 Georgian building in the heart of colonial Dover once housed both state government and Kent County offices. It is the second oldest building. It is open on Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
