Beginning as land grant college for agriculture and mechanical arts, Delaware State University was founded in 1890 as the State College for Colored Students. DSU is a fully-accredited, comprehensive university with a 400-acre main campus in Dover and two satellite sites in Wilmington and Georgetown. DSU offers 64 undergraduate degrees, 20 graduate degrees, and two doctoral degrees.
