2-In order for something to stay dry in heavy rain the bag must be tied.

Why bother? Delivery is erratic, last week delivered Friday, thrown in trash very wet. Today I looked out window and saw a new copy sitting in the untied bag soaking in the rain. He either delivered it early AM or late last night?
We are persons in our 70's and 80's our game playing days are behind us-if you are going to deliver as your advertisers pay you, then find a competent delivery person. Thanks
