Please take me OFF your mailing list. I will not be returning to your restaurant ever again. This is due to your, what I consider false advertising about specials, coupons, and other offers. I have always thought, as do allot of others, that a GIFT CERTIFICATE is just that, and it can be used to purchase things that are needed. You GIFT CERTIFICATES are not really what they say. When we wanted to use one, with what you advertised as buy on get one free, we were told that they were really not GIFT CERTIFICATES at all and were coupons, not to be used with other offers.

You can be sure that this did not set well with two very loyal customers, that also get around in the Eustis, Mount Dora area. You did not do yourself any good in refusing to honor your GIFT CERTIFICATE.
