In addition to the great Japanese dishes and a 37 item sushi bar, this restaurant also serves steaks, chicken, and seafood entrees nightly for dinner. You can watch the ancient art of Teppanyaki cooking as the chef prepares your meal right in front of you.

My experience here has steadily declined. After steve got rid of all the good chefs through the many years, his restaurant has just lost its class. My last few experiences were at most dissapointing, i had a guatamalan chef that boils everything including my filet mignon, rice had consistancy of gravel. Another time i came and had a white cook, i think his name is karl or kevin he came to the table more latter than any chef i have experieced smelling like straight ciggarette smoke, cursing in front of children. This chef clearly wanted to go home in right after the table was taken care of. To my surprise this very chef pulled the same treatment on the next table. It was apparrent that these people sat the same time i did but now have waited over an hour for a chef and now fifteen more for him to come out. This employee clearly has no discilpline or regards for people. now im not racist or anything but why cant i have an asian cook like The experience was much more authentic than it is now. If i make a reqeust for a chef then i expect it. Several times have i experienced substitutes even when requested during the week. Its rediculus! If i want mexican cooks then i will go to peppers, if i want white than ill go barbra jeans and so forth. Through the years ive had vietnamese, laos, and phillipine chefs all had exceptional skills. Now its lost its luster, its so empty, its almost as if theres no privacy. To carry on a personal conversation. Usually theres so much commotion goin on that, you could enjoy great meaningful talks at reasonal volums. Now i go to other resraurants and still hear rants that you cant help but agree on or come to relize about kabuki.
