Home of the Southwest Florida and Lee County Fair, this indoor and outdoor event complex contains a 65,000 square foot arena that is suitable for trade shows, as well as concerts and special events, with a seating capacity of 7,800 people. A 15,000 square foot, air-conditioned Exposition Hall and a 17,000 square foot Pavilion are also on site.
