Market 17 is a farm-to-table organic restaurant that specializes in, what they like to call, "wine country cuisine." All dishes are prepared from scratch using only clean, fresh ingredients and the menu changes daily. Tasting menus are always available so diners can sample what Chef Ramos has created. Both owners are Sommeliers, so the wine list is extensive and they are well qualified to help you navigate your choices. The bar staff also prepares specialty cocktails that showcase the farm fresh theme.
