Highlights of the Museum include a 600-year-old dugout canoe, remnants of pirate ships, a simulated coral reef cave, the circa 1580 Bellarmine jug, a shipwreck artifact that was found in 1980, in near-perfect condition in the Atlantic Ocean off the Florida Keys, and animals native to the Florida Keys, including turtles, snails, snakes and whales. The classic Bahamian-style Adderley House is the oldest house in the Keys outside Key West. Crane Point offers daily guided kayak and paddleboard tours and trips through Captain Hooks.
