The Crane Point Museum, Nature Center & Historic Site includes the Museum of Natural History of the Florida Keys, Children's Activity Center, classic Bahamian-style Adderley house, the oldest house in the Keys outside of Key West; Marathon Wild Bird Center, a gift shop, large thatch palm hammock, hardwood hammock, mangrove forest, tidal lagoons, wetland ponds, fauna associated with these various ecosystems, 160 species of native plants, nature trails and much more.
