Dear Brent,Yes, we have monthly rates for December and January. For two olppee, for a month the rate is $1000.00. That includes all fees and taxes. If you have any questions, call us anytime. Don't hesitate to leave a message. We are always working around the motel and hardly ever in the office. We will call you back promptly.
