This restaurant offers an exhibition kitchen which allows people to watch their meals being created right before their eyes. Some of the items available on the menu include Pensacola clam chowder, seafood gumbo, and blackened gatortail, as well as live Maine lobster, fresh shrimp, clams, and mussels. They are open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner and open on Sunday for dinner only.
