Each evening at 7 p.m., this island comes alive with a street party followed by a late night tribute to New Year's Eve complete with fireworks and confetti. The island, with a "hill" leading to the famed West End Stage, is a smorgasbord of entertainment centered in the seven clubs that make up the complex.
