A Florida Territorial Period Inn which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this historic house was built of native coquina by Andres Ximenez, a Spanish storekeeper, and the house represents both Spanish and English architectural design. The separate kitchen, with its brick baking oven, is the only original in St. Augustine dating from the last quarter of the 18th century.
