Home of one of the largest and deepest freshwater springs in the world, Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park features a plethora of wildlife. Visitors of the area will most likely see such animals as deer, alligators, turtles, and birds. Two types of Ranger guided boat tours are available. Other activities to enjoy include hiking, swimming, picnicking, and horseback riding. Overnight accommodations can be made at the circa 1937, Wakulla Springs Lodge.
