The Athens Food Tour Company connects you with the restaurants, shops and farms who are serving up local ingredients in style. They will offer a glimpse into the past and living history of Athens music, architecture and lifestyles as you walk the town, visit restaurants and speak with local restaurant owners, chefs and farmers about their story. The tours are arranged by neighborhoods: Normaltown, Prince Avenue Corridor, Downtown and Five Points. They explore one neighborhood per tour, with a bonus visit to the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. An easy city walking pace accompanies these three-hour tours, as well as rests at each eatery making tours suitable for all fitness levels.
