"A restaurant that seeks to reconnect food to its roots and people to their food," Farm 255 serves local, seasonal and sustainable food nightly for supper. Based on seasonal shifts in the field, which changes as often as the weather, Farm 255's menu contains meat that comes from pasture-raised animals that are hormone and antibiotic free. Farm 255 also manages Full Moon Farms, a local seven-acre organic/biodynamic farm.
